Once you've passed the Jura, sunshine gives way to night-time in the Genevois area.

At Le Macumba, the main venue for night-time fun, the lights flash on and off to reflect the music being played by the DJ. At the Casino, they provide a quietly exclusive atmosphere in the traditional gaming room and a touch of Las Vegas styling in the slot machine room. In the Gaumont or Cinéma Rouge & Noir, the lights are switched off, to be replaced by images. If you go walking in the Salève or Le Vuache mountains, they are dazzling, around and above you! And the lights in restaurants will remind you that dinner is also an opportunity for some very real conviviality.
